Happy Haven Daycare

Navdeep Sandhu was born and raised in India, where she earned a Master's degree in Science and Education. She began her career as a high school teacher before moving to Canada, where she pursued her passion for healthcare and transitioned into the dental field.

Since 1999, Navdeep has been dedicated to Dental Assisting and Administration, and she currently manages two dental offices. She is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi. Navdeep is known for her professionalism, leadership, kindness and commitment to patient care.

Outside of work, Navdeep enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and catching up with friends over coffee.

Navdeep holds a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification and looks forward to returning to her teaching roots and inspiring children to reach their full potential. 

Preet Dhillon is proud to serve as one of the owners of Happy Haven Daycare. With over five years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator and valuable director-level experience, she brings both passion and strong leadership to our team. 

Preet holds a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification and has worked with children ages 1 to 12, fostering nurturing and engaging environments where every child can grow and thrive.

Beyond her work in early learning, Preet also serves as a Police Officer with the Edmonton Police Service. In this role, she continues her mission to make a positive impact in the community and to empower others—especially women—to overcome life’s challenges.

Her dedication to helping children learn, develop, and succeed is at the heart of everything we do at Happy Haven Daycare.
